Share your scheduling link through any app, or create a QR code (perfect for conferences and other live events)
Receive customized alerts on the go when new meetings are booked or changed
Access the new Contacts feature, and learn more about people you’ve met with or schedule a follow-up meeting
Getting our extension for your web browser, Google Calendar, or Outlook app in order to:
Offer clickable time slots in email to save your invitees a click
Mark a no-show, book the next meeting, and take other follow-up actions
Checking out Workflows so you can automate pre- and post-meeting notifications such as sending emails to non-attendees (available on the Standard subscription plan and higher)

Tip of the Day: Set Up 2FA
If you log in to Calendly with a username and password, there’s never been a better time to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). With 2FA enabled by account admins, Calendly sends a one-time code (via authenticator app) when you log in to be sure it’s really you. It’s an easy way to add a layer of security to your account and is available on all plans.

100-Plus Integrations for Your Calendly
No scheduling tool provider I know of offers more integrations! With 100+ tools to connect your Calendly to, it’s easy to make meetings more productive wherever you work. Get started by connecting your core integrations – like your calendar and video conferencing – then discover additional integrations for other tools you may use like CRMs and browser extensions. Whether you and your team use Microsoft or Google tools, we have a variety of apps and integrations to help you get more done.
Some of our most popular integrations are with connector (iPaas) tools like Zapier and Make. They make it easy to connect Calendly to any other tools you use through no-code automations. We recently released new enhancements to our Zapier integration that allow you to trigger a workflow when a meeting invitee is a “no show,” and to scope zaps by Calendly “group” for better customization.
While we're on the subject of Zapier, check out how my coworker made a video about connecting Zapier to Calendly to automate follow-up actions after a no-show.
