Calendly Routing Update:
Instantly Schedule HubSpot Contacts With Assigned Owners

Since we launched Routing, many of you have written in with your awesome stories around how you’re now qualifying, routing, and scheduling customers with Calendly — directly from your websites.

For many months, we’ve allowed you to take Routing to the next level with Salesforce CRM look-up. Well, now HubSpot CRM users can also instantly look up, match, and schedule HubSpot contacts with their active account owners — directly from their “Contact Us” forms.

An Easier Way to Schedule Meetings From Contacts

We’re always looking for ways to make it easier to schedule with people you know, so we’re in the process of rolling out a new, concise view to do just that. The Contacts tab lets you see who you’re meeting with, review scheduling history, and book follow-up meetings directly from their profiles.

We see Contacts as an additional step towards our vision of powering better meetings with features that you can use before, during, and after your engagements. When you get early access to preview Contacts in the coming days, you'll have the opportunity to complete an in-app survey letting us know how we can make this new feature work harder for you.

Here’s some feedback from one Contacts tester: “Now I don’t need two systems open when booking meetings with clients as I can have all their information in one place. [And then I can use Contacts] to schedule more calls with these clients.”

Integration of the Month: HubSpot

Calendly was voted the #1 most used app by HubSpot users, and this week we added even more ways to take advantage of this powerful integration.

If you’re a salesperson, the HubSpot CRM integration has long ensured all your Calendly meetings and HubSpot contact records stay up to date.

Now Calendly can "look up" account owner information when routing meetings to the right sales rep.

And marketers can add instant Calendly scheduling to HubSpot marketing forms on their website to increase meeting conversion.
