Tip of the Day: Reminder and Follow-Up Notifications
We’ve talked about how people have reduced no-shows to their meetings by 100% with the Calendly Workflows “reconfirmation” features (available on the Standard plan and higher).
Yet, after you get someone to your meeting, do you know what’s arguably more important? Making something happen! Encourage a recruit to join your team. Persuade a customer to buy. Convince a customer to renew for another year.
Those special moments often require us to do something helpful like send a follow-up after the meeting. However, many of us forget!
That’s why we recommend automating these follow-up emails with links to helpful materials.
Send a recruit a job description or homework assignment after the call.
Share a case study with a prospect about a similar company overcoming odds with your product.
Ensure a top customer has access to your product roadmap to encourage them to invest in the future of your company.
With Calendly Workflows reminders and follow-ups, you can not only get someone to the meeting, but also help move them along in a way that’s mutually beneficial.

For those that use Hubspot, our Calendly + HubSpot integration automates your scheduling workflows and helps you close more deals while booking customer meetings.
We recently released enhancements to this HubSpot integration that sync new, additional fields from Calendly to your HubSpot contact records including: meeting notes, contacts, and meeting outcome (optional) which will automatically update your meeting status from Calendly as either scheduled, completed, no show, or canceled.
